How to use Smok Novo X Pods
Smok Novo X Pods are refillable pods that you fill with the e-liquid of your choice and fit to their device. The advantage of refillable pods is that you are not tied to one maker’s flavours. Available resistances: 0.8 (Ω) MESH, 0.8 (Ω) MTL.
- Confirm the pod is made for your device model before fitting it.
- Open the fill port and fill the pod to just below the top.
- Close the port firmly and let the pod soak for a few minutes before the first puff.
- Push the pod into the device until it sits firmly in place.
- Start with gentle puffs, and do not keep vaping once the pod is nearly empty.
- If the taste turns burnt or the vapour drops off clearly, replace the pod or the coil, depending on your device.
Making each pod last
- Some pods have a built-in coil and are replaced whole, while others take a separate coil; check which type you have.
- Higher resistance suits an MTL draw and salt nicotine, while lower resistance gives a looser draw.
- If the device stops reading the pod, wipe the gold contacts underneath with a dry tissue.
- Sweet and dessert flavours shorten coil life faster than fruit and mint.
- Keep a spare pod on hand so a finished coil does not leave you stuck.

- In case of a defect or flaw, we exchange it for a similar or identical product within 7 working days from the date of request approval; if it is not available, you can choose a refund or another product of similar value.
- Refunds go back via the original payment method within 5-7 working days after the product is inspected and the conditions are confirmed.
- The refund policy does not apply if the product was misused or damaged by the customer, or if proof of purchase is not provided.
- The customer bears return shipping costs if there is no defect; the store bears all costs if the product is defective.
