Return and Exchange Policy

Nicotine Company for Tobacco & Smoking Supplies is committed to protecting consumer rights in accordance with the Kuwaiti Consumer Protection Law No. (39) of 2014 and its amendments. This policy aims to clarify the procedures for returning or exchanging products fairly and transparently while ensuring customer rights and compliance with local regulations.

Return Policy

Timeframe:
As a customer, you have the right to return a product within 14 days from the date of receipt in the following cases:

  • If the product is defective or does not match the advertised specifications.
  • If the product is unsuitable for its intended use.

Return Conditions:

  • The product must be in its original condition (unused) with all packaging, accessories, and documents intact (including the invoice).
  • A proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be provided.

 

Exchange Policy

If a product has a defect or malfunction, you are entitled to exchange it for a similar or identical product within 7 working days from the approval date of your request.

  • If the replacement product is unavailable, you may choose either a refund or another product of equivalent value.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5-7 working days after the product is inspected and confirmed to meet the return conditions.

Refunds will NOT be applicable if:

  • The product was misused or damaged by the customer.
  • Proof of purchase is not provided.

Our team will guide you to the nearest branch for further procedures or arrange for product pickup.

Shipping Costs

  • If the return is not due to a defect, the customer will bear the return shipping costs.
  • If the product is defective, Nicotine Company will cover all costs related to the return or exchange.
