What are the available payment methods on the site?

You can exchange any of your purchases within 14 days from the date of purchase (provided it is in its original condition). You can also exchange it for another product of the same value, or a different product with the price difference calculated. You can also receive a refund for the amount paid through the same payment method used during the purchase.

What is the maximum delivery time for an order?

We deliver orders on the same day (usually within two hours) or as quickly as possible. In case of circumstances beyond our control, the order will be delivered within a maximum of 72 hours.

What is the legal age to order from the site?
