How to use RELX Tobacco Pods
Before you order RELX Tobacco Pods, make sure your device is the model these pods are made for. A prefilled pod is designed for one device and will not fit others.
- Check that the pod is made for your device model.
- Remove the old pod from the device.
- Unwrap the new pod and take off any plugs on the mouthpiece or base, if it has them.
- Push the pod into the device until it clicks into place.
- Take gentle puffs at first so the coil soaks properly.
- When the flavour fades or tastes burnt, replace the whole pod.
Prefilled pod tips
- A prefilled pod cannot be refilled; when it is done, swap it whole.

Can I refill RELX Tobacco Pods with another flavour once it is empty?

How do I know when RELX Tobacco Pods is finished?
The signs are a fading or burnt taste, or a clear drop in vapour. Some pods are see-through so you can check the level, others are not. Keep them in their packaging until you use them, somewhere away from heat and sunlight. A car in summer is no place for pods, since heat affects the flavour. - In case of a defect or flaw, we exchange it for a similar or identical product within 7 working days from the date of request approval; if it is not available, you can choose a refund or another product of similar value.
- Refunds go back via the original payment method within 5-7 working days after the product is inspected and the conditions are confirmed.
- The refund policy does not apply if the product was misused or damaged by the customer, or if proof of purchase is not provided.
- The customer bears return shipping costs if there is no defect; the store bears all costs if the product is defective.
The original-condition rule covers Closed pods: the item must be unused and fully packaged to be accepted for return.
