How to use PHIX Mango Pods
PHIX Mango Pods are prefilled pods that come ready with e-liquid; you clip them in and swap them whole when they run out. No refilling and no coil changes.
- Check that the pod is made for your device model.
- Remove the old pod from the device.
- Unwrap the new pod and take off any plugs on the mouthpiece or base, if it has them.
- Push the pod into the device until it clicks into place.
- Take gentle puffs at first so the coil soaks properly.
- When the flavour fades or tastes burnt, replace the whole pod.
Prefilled pod tips
- A prefilled pod cannot be refilled; when it is done, swap it whole.
- Store spare pods away from heat and sunlight, and never leave them in the car.
- If the device stops reading the pod, wipe the contacts underneath with a dry tissue.
- Avoid long runs of hard puffs; gentle draws keep the flavour clean.

Which device does PHIX Mango Pods work with?
PHIX Mango Pods is designed for a specific device, and a prefilled pod only fits the model it was made for. Pods can differ even between devices from the same brand. Before ordering, match the pod name to your device name; if the device does not read the pod, the model is probably different. Can I refill PHIX Mango Pods with another flavour once it is empty?

- In case of a defect or flaw, we exchange it for a similar or identical product within 7 working days from the date of request approval; if it is not available, you can choose a refund or another product of similar value.
- Refunds go back via the original payment method within 5-7 working days after the product is inspected and the conditions are confirmed.
- The refund policy does not apply if the product was misused or damaged by the customer, or if proof of purchase is not provided.
- The customer bears return shipping costs if there is no defect; the store bears all costs if the product is defective.
For Closed pods, a return requires the product to be unused and in its complete original packaging.
