How to use JUUL2 Device
A pod system is small and simple, but getting a few steps right at the start makes a real difference to the taste. Here is the general way to run JUUL2 Device and look after the coil.
- Make sure the battery is charged before first use.
- Open the pod's fill port and fill it with e-liquid, stopping short of the top.
- Close the pod and leave it for a few minutes so the cotton soaks through before your first draw.
- Push the pod into the device until it sits firmly.
- Draw gently; some models fire on the draw, others use a button.
- When it tastes burnt or the vapour drops off, replace the pod or coil.
Making your coil last
- Sweet and dessert flavours wear coils out faster than fruit and mint.
- Salt nicotine is made for MTL devices; freebase suits larger devices and direct-lung vaping.
- Do not overfill the pod, and let it soak before drawing so the cotton does not scorch.
- If the pod spits, dry the air holes and ease off how hard you pull.
- Check that a replacement pod or coil matches your device model before you order it.

Which e-liquid suits JUUL2 Device?
MTL devices are designed for salt nicotine, which gives a smooth throat hit with a tight draw. Freebase is made for larger devices and open direct-lung draws, so it does not give the same experience in a small pod. Pick a strength that matches your device. How is a Pod system different from a disposable?
A pod system is a device you keep: you refill or swap the pod and choose the flavour and strength yourself. A disposable arrives filled and is used until it runs out, with no refilling and no coils. Do JUUL pods fit any device?
No. A pod is usually designed for one model, or one family of devices from the same brand. Before ordering a replacement pod or coil, check that your device model is named in the product description. Everything from the brand is on the JUUL page.
When should I replace the pod or coil in JUUL2 Device?
The signs are clear: a burnt taste, less vapour than usual, or spitting that does not stop. Coil life depends on the flavour and how you draw, and sweet flavours shorten it. Why is my pod spitting or gurgling?

JUUL makes closed pod systems: a slim device that runs on prefilled salt nicotine pods, replaced whole when empty. It is draw-activated, with no buttons.

- JUUL2 pods fit the JUUL2 device only, and JUUL pods fit the first-generation device. They do not cross over.

- In case of a defect or flaw, we exchange it for a similar or identical product within 7 working days from the date of request approval; if it is not available, you can choose a refund or another product of similar value.
- Refunds go back via the original payment method within 5-7 working days after the product is inspected and the conditions are confirmed.
- The refund policy does not apply if the product was misused or damaged by the customer, or if proof of purchase is not provided.
- The customer bears return shipping costs if there is no defect; the store bears all costs if the product is defective.
