Filling and firing, step by step
Standard tanks are straightforward, while RDA, RTA and RTDA need experience building coils and wicking cotton. Read the steps before you fire up FreeMax Mesh Pro 2 Tank. Colour choices: Black & White, Blue, Green, Orange, Red, Yellow.
- Unscrew the tank and check that the coil and O-rings are fitted correctly.
- Drip a few drops of e-liquid onto the cotton visible through the coil's wicking holes.
- Fill through the fill port without letting e-liquid run down the centre tube.
- Leave it for a few minutes so the cotton soaks through.
- Screw it onto the device and start at the lowest power in the range printed on the coil.
- Set the airflow to the draw you want, then raise the power gradually.
For clean, clear flavour
- A lower resistance needs more power and gives more vapour; a higher resistance runs on less power.
- Do not let the e-liquid level drop below the coil's wicking holes while you vape.
- When switching to a very different flavour, rinse the tank or change the coil so the tastes do not mix.
- With an RDA or RTA, use vape-grade cotton and make sure the coil does not touch the deck walls.
- Check that the tank's diameter suits your device before fitting it.

Will FreeMax Mesh Pro 2 Tank fit my device?
Most tanks fit most devices through the same standard thread, but two points need checking. Compare the tank's diameter with the size of your device, and make sure your device reaches the power the coil needs. If it cannot, the flavour will come out weak. Who is the Sub-ohm range suited to?

Do FreeMax coils fit all of the brand's tanks?
Not always. Each tank takes a specific coil family, even within the same brand. Check the coil name listed in the tank's description before ordering a replacement, rather than going by looks alone. Everything we carry from the brand is on the FreeMax page.
Why is FreeMax Mesh Pro 2 Tank leaking or spitting?
Leaks usually come from an O-ring that is not seated, e-liquid that went down the centre tube while filling, or a loose coil. Spitting is often too much e-liquid on the coil or power set too low. What does the resistance on a coil mean?
Resistance is measured in ohms (Ω); the lower it is, the more power the coil needs and the more vapour it gives. A higher resistance runs on less power and usually gives a tighter draw.
